Automatic, end-to-end line supervision
One of the most important feature we offer is
line security — we’ll tell you within a few minutes if
we lose contact with your alarm system (i.e. if your ISP
goes down, or your house line is cut). By contrast, when
your alarm system is plugged into a POTS line (as is traditionally
done), there is no way for the monitoring station to know
if, for example, your telephone line is cut (by an intruder).
You might find out in a few hours if, for example, your
alarm system misses it’s daily test signal. But you won’t
know in real-time.
My Virtual Monitoring's NEW VM101 Wireless Broadband
Alarm Transmitter, Wireless BAT, is a evolutionary
jump in installation over the VM101 BAT. Providing the
same great secure, cost-effective alarm communication
and feature-rich system interaction. The VM101 Wireless
BAT works with the same three major panel manufactures,
Honeywell, DSC and GE as the VM101 BAT. A simple four
wire connection* and a secure ZigBee communication method
to the MVM Gateway, makes the installation of the VM101
Wireless BAT simple and practical. The VM101 Wireless
BAT's low cost, secure two-way communication and wireless
installation provides our customers the most affordable,
fully featured system interaction and non-invasive new
or old construction installation on the market today.
