Our Alarm Panel Adapters connect directly to the alarm panel and do not require a phone line. Alerts from My Virtual Monitoring are sent via voice, text and or email messages which can be sent to phones/cell/mobile devices. All VM101's Provide Automatic, end-to-end line supervision One of the most important feature we offer on all the VM101's is line security — we’ll tell you within a few minutes if we lose contact with your alarm system (i.e. if your ISP goes down, or your house line is cut). By contrast, when your alarm system is plugged into a POTS line (as is traditionally done), there is no way for the monitoring station to know if, for example, your telephone line is cut (by an intruder). You might find out in a few hours if, for example, your alarm system misses it’s daily test signal. But you won’t know in real-time.

VM101W Wireless BAT, is a evolutionary jump in installation over the VM101 BAT. Providing the same great secure, cost-effective alarm communication and feature-rich system interaction. The VM101A DSC Alexor BAT is a revolutionary primary communicator for a revolutionary alarm panel. Specifically designed for DSC's Alexor, the Alexor BAT fits right inside the case making installation so easy. The Alexor BAT is an unheard of cost-effective primary communicator that offers outstanding system interaction by implementing the same great features found with My Virtual Monitoring's other primary communicators. Installation requires only to place the custom fit Alexor BAT in the Alexor case, connecting the four wire pc-link cable and to run an ethernet cable. Virtual Keypad and ipFob is not supported on the VM101 Alexor BAT

Our VM101 BAT Broadband Alarm Transmitter's operate over any Broadband Internet connection. They do not require a telephone line or a VoIP account.
