Virtual Monitoring is your online portal to your alarm system. From here, you will have access to:
- Contact List - Names of individuals, email addresses, phone numbers.
- Notification Preferences / Routing Table - Select How You Want Each Signals Handled, and by What Method (central station, email, text, or automated telephone call).
- Zone/User Names - Create Zone/User Number and Assign Names (or Aliases)
- Reports - Print or eMail Reports
- Virtual Keypad - Access to the system as if you were standing in front of the actual system's keypad.

After you have registered your new VM101 BAT you will need to set up your contact information After entering the information click Save.

After entering your contact information or making any changes you MUST click Validate to confirm your contact information.

Below is a screen shot that will show the contact you have created. You can add more contacts by clicking Add Contact on the Contact List Screen. You may have up to 20 contacts. Make sure you Validate each contact.

To set up Central Station Monitoring, Contact us with the central station
receiver phone number and 4 or 10 digit account number and we will program
it into the system for you.

Below is the Routing Table so that you may place your Contact in the program, then select which means of communication this Contact will be notified. Each contact can be (1) emailed, (2) phoned, and/or (3) texted. Each Type of Signal is also selected for a response, including the following signals: Alarms, Open/Close, Supervisory, Trouble, Bypass/Disable, and Test/Misc.

Now Click Zone/User Names and select Zone Alias or User Alias

From here you can add names to each zone number or user number for notification purposes.

Below is an illustration of a All Signal report. In this example, the report shows open/close traffic (for either residential or commercial), bypass, supervisory, and alarm history.

Virtual Monitoring's Virtual Keypad provides full access to the system as if you were standing in front of the actual system's keypad.

Virtual Monitoring provides a high level of security when accessing
any of the programs. Customer must logon to the system through a unique
password, and then must have the system on/off code to operate the system.
