"My Virtual Monitoring Far Exceeded Expectations!

The only thing keeping us from getting rid of our land line was alarm monitoring. We looked into the alternatives with our current alarm monitoring service, as well as a competitor. The solution was essentially a cellular radio for $200 to $300 and ongoing monitoring charges that were at least twice what we were currently paying. Due to large numbers of false alarms, the police understandably take a long time to respond. This placed some doubt for us anyway, in the value of the third party monitoring.

Enter My Virtual Monitoring and the Broadband Alarm Transmitter (BAT for short). My wife who is able to find just about anything on the internet located this online and I was very intrigued. Technology has always captivated me, and this natural extension of broadband into the home was a no brainier.

Our 10-year old system was not compatible and so we ordered the VM101 and a new Ademco Vista 20-P master panel (at a very reasonable price I might add). The item arrived very quickly and well packed. Step-by-Step instructions were included. However, I simply rewired the new control panel exactly as the old one. Now, this worked fine, but in hindsight this resulted in me probably not reading everything in the manuals as well as I should have. This led to my needing technical support.

WOW and did I get it. Countless emails were answered and the technician even called me several times from Florida while on vacation. I don't know about anyone else, but this experience is unfortunately very rare these days. Will I recommend My Virtual Monitoring Company to others? That is a resounding affirmative.

If you are comfortable with cutting out the middleman and essentially monitoring your alarm system like us they have a program for that. You can get phone calls, text message and emails about whatever type of event you want. If you prefer to have the system monitored they have a plan for that too. The pricing is very reasonable.
