My Virtual Monitoring is pleased to announce a new Dealer Package. Designed for alarm dealers to market the VM101 Broadband Alarm Transmitter to their customers without having any reference to My Virtual Monitoring.
Your customers account will be registered with our generic web portal "My Alarm Online" . Alarm signals will go to your central station via our VM101 BAT and NOT to your customers. Your central station does not need any special equipment to receive the signals. Just a central station receiver that supports Ademco Contact ID and SIA/FSK format, although our VM101 seems to work best with a Sureguard System 3 receiver. Your customers can set up notifications for open / close, troubles, supervisory's and test reports, however Alarm Signals will NOT go to the Customer. This helps keep your customer from thinking they do not need central station services.
Open / Close signals are sent via our VM101 to the customer ONLY and not to the central station, lowering your central station fees. Customers can receive these alerts via email, text and or automated voice call, or they can schedule reports via email, daily, weekly or monthly.
Your customers will also enjoy the Virtual Keypad and ipFob app all through the generic web portal.
Compass Compatible: Program your customers IP downloadable Honeywell alarm panel with your lap top on the premises through the registered VM101 and your customers or cellular internet connection. No need for special cables or modems.
Central Station account information will need to be programmed by us for the VM101. Provide this information when ordering, and the VM101 will be shipped pre programmed for the central station and avoid any delay in sending signals to your central station. Provide the premises phone number and avoid Caller ID MisMatch. Our system will send the signal with the phone number provided to the central station as the panel phone number.
Billing will be done through the credit card you use to order the unit and service. You decide what to bill the customer for the service.
