My Virtual Monitoring is a part of AlarmTechOnline.com formally known as AdemcoOnline.com, which was founded in 1997 to support homeowners with their Ademco alarm systems. With the change in phone services in the recent years, homeowners going to cell phone or VoIP phone service instead of the traditional phone company, homeowners were looking for a reliable and affordable option to get the signals from their alarm systems to the central station. This is why we partnered with ipDatatel to offer My Virtual Monitoring.
My Virtual Monitoring works directly with homeowners to install the VM101 BAT unit themselves. Support is always Free via email and or phone. Not all company's offer support after the sale and ipDatatel does not give support to homeowners, Only licensed Alarm Company's such as My Virtual Monitoring.
My Virtual Monitoring and ipDatatel are a Common Carrier providing alarm monitoring signal distribution. My Virtual Monitoring's VM101 Broadband Alarm Transmitter (BAT) connects a Honeywell Vista® or the DSC Power Series alarm panel to your monitoring station via broadband Internet using Virtual Monitoring's signal control systems located in a Private Network Access Point (P-NAP). BAT signals can then be sent in Contact ID or SIA/FSK Data burst format to your central monitoring station, and other signals can be retransmitted directly to you, by automatic means, such as voice call, text messaging, and/or email.
You choose the destination of each type of signal. Alarm, supervisory, trouble, Open/Close, and other signals can be routed to the central station, or directly to you, or both.
Installation made easy. Just attach 12 VDC power, and connect the
VM101 BAT to the control’s keypad terminals. Plug in the RJ45 Jack to
a Broadband connection, and the installation is complete. Enroll theVM101
BAT on My Virtual
Monitoring's web site, and then you will start to receive signals.
